Mata Hari should be used for either starting a sluggish diesel or cleaning one's toilet with. It is swill.

The only problem with shaking it is you don't get to watch the green fairy dance try dripping it slowly and watch.

I thought Mata Hari was the best! Maybe because it was my first bout with absinthe, but Iiked it better than Lucid or Pernod, at least the traditional way. Guess I am not a licorice man. Learned to love a Deconstructed Sazerac, made with absinthe foam on top!

mata hari taste really bad...unless it's mixed with coke or pineapple or orange juice. it was really meant to be a mixer not an herbal absinthe. thumbs down but also thumbs up in a way...

not sure what i think of it.
