  • Is that a genuine aboriginal microphone laying in front of the didgeridoo?

  • I guess they are Aboriginal, but I prefer traditional style.

If you'd like a look, go check ididjaustralia channel, the real place where it's at.

  • its like rave music XD

  • tiene mucho merito! como se hace para respirar mientras soplas??

  • @revlucio86 la técnica se llama respiración circular.

  • thank you

  • That dude on the right looks A LOT like me - creepy, but DAMN good performance!!!!!!

  • I'm fairly sure I these guys while in australia on a People to People trip

  • I saw these guys when I was on my honeymoon and they are very entertaining. It's a great twist on an original sound. I've had a go but can't get the hang of circular breathing...I make it sound just like a long fart!

  • old-school vuvuzela :D

  • music crazy, insane super good @H5N214

  • hey i saw a chinise guy playing the DIDGERIDOO in south fremantle =P

  • I have noticed alot of dige player use hand movements to accentuate the music.

  • @dustytrayl yea its like there is a story in the music if you watch again fom 0:27 it goes like, the sun comes up, And I see Kangeroos jumping all over the place then one pops up and gives me the bird. Flying thro the sky, swimming in the sea. etc etc.

I just the love the sound.

  • got the CD, was good experience sydney and all

  • Entertaining, but as a sydney-sider myself, this kind of thing annoys me. The people here are Aboriginal, but they aren't the "authentic" experience people want to see. These people live in houses and apartments, and play their music to a tacky beat on a burned CD.

If you want to see aboriginal people who still live traditionally and really still play their instruments, you're going to have to go futher into the center of our country.

  • @2edsajdmsa I should clarify, its like an Australian going to new york and lining up to see "authentic mafia members".

If you wait long enough, you'll see these guys change into normal clothes and go to mcdonalds for lunch.

  • @2edsajdmsa they are more authentic then those out on communities

  • @jimmicrackhead12 You can't know how false this is unless you're from Australia.

  • @2edsajdmsa LOL im from darwin in nt. on communities they arent traditional at all!! i know ive been to gunbalanya, alice springs, jabiru, even out stations. they are not traditional, repeat not traditional. at least these guys in the clip are painted up and have didgeridoos. community ones wouldnt how to paint a fence or play a didge. they dont have trad clothes, hunting practices, homes, food- anything. i know, osounds like u dont

  • @jimmicrackhead12 Which is of course why you're account says Country: Japan. Lol, liar.

Anyone Aussie has seen the "traditional" Aboriginal's of circular quay are laughing right now.

  • @2edsajdmsa dont go stalking me cos your dumb. people like you who make stuff up on youtube make me angry!

  • @jimmicrackhead12 How did I stalk you? I checked your youtube profile to see which country you lived in when I responded to you the first time.

You're lack of logic is astounding.

  • @2edsajdmsa LOL, you seem to think your very very smart, but you got owned! seems to happen a lot to you on youtube! guess you aint so smart lol

  • @jimmicrackhead12 Oh great, another drooler.

  • @2edsajdmsa oh so lots of keep kick your ass? cool

  • now that is culture

  • Wow

  • It sounds good^^

  • Fantastic viewing... can anyone tell me (in sequence) what animal noises he makes??? Thank you.

  • its an african penis gourd !

  • Is this rehearsed ahead of time? (...)

  • ive been working on the circlur breathing and its cool to see a master at work....didgeridoo rocks

  • the guy on the sticks looks sooo hapy -_-

  • this is awesome

  • wow...awsome!!!!

  • Bellissimo!

Cannot stop listening and watching, the guy is so charming ...

Where is it to find another piece of the same player?

Somebody talked about a Live concert?

  • Sweet

  • Yeehae!!

  • this is so cool.

  • AWSOME

  • Si le gusta el didgeridoo escuchen Ayereon el tema "Looser" buenisimo

  • Best I've seen on youtube

  • Fuck the techno in this. Ruined it.

  • dude i see these ppl everyday of my life, not yet once donated ... i always feel bad. i'm too poor.

  • I think that's Inchy Quinn.

  • would have been better without the techno... this does not give the opportunity to hear the diverse interval system used in traditional Didgeridoo playing.

  • I think the same as you, techno and didgeridoo is just a very bad choice.

  • very powerfull...i love it

  • Would be so much better without the woodblocks..

    imo.

    Very awesome though.

  • those guys play in that same spot every day. It must be very tiring and boring. I say well done

  • they must enjoy wat they do so being in the same spot makes them happy to see how it is everyday and how their amazing music is a benefit to society

  • The Awesomness.

  • This are not the custodian didgeridoo players. The real deal are the tribal people from Arnhem land. Check ididjaustralias videos

  • nice snake arm :D

  • I know who is real. I've been to Darwin before and I camping with an Aborigine.

  • Like it very much. But would be better playing in the bush.

  • Che bravi!!!!

  • Love this. I have often stopped there to listen to the wonderful playing.

  • i think the dude with the cadavas ruins it

  • Great show. I have seen this in person. Great music and even his hand motions is so natural.

  • he is good!!

  • wow! i saw this guy when i was there in September/October! It's was a free live concert :=)

  • isn't it great that they are not afraid of showing their culture, on the streets too.

everybody could learn something from this sort of performance.

  • this guy is good, i could listen to this for hours.

  • This is probably the best sounding Dij Ive ever heard, love the hand gestures brilliant.

  • Smasngrab represents all that is bad in thi world. The musicians represent all that is good. Thank you dreamtime human beings for bringing us closer to the invisible world.

  • i love aboriginal music, it is so cool

  • Aboriginal Bluegrass ? Love it !

  • good tune

  • "If music be the food of love, then play on" - William Shakespeare

  • omg, i saw this guy playing at circular quay when i went in May. he's AMAZING!

  • Dang,,he is good. Applause

  • YEah, he's been there for a few years. I've seen old mate at circular quay busking every time i've been down there. Mad didj player i reckon.

  • FYI...ive been to australia 3 times and lived there 4 a year

  • the 'techno' music in the background seems to ruin the didgeridoo. and also it makes it too maintstream.

    but love the didge

  • Amazing! He's telling a story with sounds.

  • WoW! Wonderful intonations.

  • cool, r u from Australia???

i'm from Canada, and i would come to go to Australia!!!(=

    <3333

  • you probably don't know anything about australia.

  • the guy with the sticks seems bored lol..... very good though!

  • hes good...lol that was funny.

  • very cool!! why does he have three didgeridoos tho? in case he breaks a string!?

  • probably in different lengths! each has its own distinct sound

  • eheh yeah i was only joking :)

It's no different to having three different guitars ... Fenders sound different to Ibanez, etc etc, so I guess it's a sign of the best didgeridoo artists to have more than one

  • Best!!!! : )

  • brilliant.

does anyone now what they are called, if they have a name?

  • you mean... a digeridoo?

  • He takes you to another world-a seperate reality: the guy with the sticks I mean!

  • lol. tru dat.

  • lol. forget about the didgeridoo, we came here to listen to the guy with the sticks!

  • me to, the didj guy isn't even aboriginal he's a torres strait islander...,

  • where can I get a CD with that music?

  • how do those things work?

  • So you've got the one guy working the didgeridoo, doing some amazing vocalizations and sound effects and still managing to do some interesting hand gestures, and next to him, the guy banging the sticks.

    Hell of a sidekick.

  • that music is soo cool... i was in sydney and herd alot of the didgeridoo music,,, awesome!!!1!

  • styl unikalnego węża! i pandy unikalnej też!

  • Great sound, I love this!

  • Talk about victims of globalization.

  • rofl. at the stick boy. that takes talent. I have been playing the two sticks for 13 years and have yet to be anywhere near the skill of that guy on the sticks.

  • hahahahah!

  • is it hard? o.O

  • Guys, I now know what I want to do for the rest of my life, I want to be... A stick player! That guy freaking owns, screw the didgeridoo! Give me some sticks!

P.S. No, I am not kidding

  • lol!

    great work!

  • I love this video! That guy with the sticks- he's got some amazing stick skills! How come no one gives the guy with the sticks some props too? haha. I need to get one of those Aboriginal Didgeridoos!

  • I know, the stick guy was kicking ass... I was hoping for a stick solo but it didn't happen.

Hope he didn't throw them into the crowd at the end of the set, they look like they could hurt.

  • Playing the didgeridoo reduces snoring - ITS TRUE!!!!!!!!!!

  • I saw these guys!

    They were freakin schweet!

  • FUCK YOU BITCH!!

    and just FYI...

    These people arent "black"

    there native australians dumbass...

  • restxinxperfection since when do you get to decide whos black and whos not.

  • I never said they weren't "black" dumbass

But when people use the term "black" they are usually referring to african americans...

    so technically...they aren't black.

  • Who needs drug when u got music like this that will take u into another world
