The system needs to be overhauled as a profitable business for the public to value and support it. It is difficult to provide a cost effective product for the attorney-represented client due to delays in the courts. The associates are often in court all day waiting for their few minutes in front of a judge; then its continued for months. clients are irate if they are asked to pay for the day. Firms pays the salary overhead demands as the associates can't cut their pay due to student loans.

Fantastic. I of course think that this is a national disaster. We need to treat the judicial branch as part of government not a financial step-child.
