@BillyQuincy you got to have the cd in your drive otherwise you have no music

@hangenent I do play with disk in drive, but I have never heard this song or alot of other songs while I play though

Bit late but you also could try to burn a new cd-extra with nero or something like that, if you've got the game cd rom with the soundtracks. Just rip the soundtracks from the cd, put the soundtracks on the cd and then the game data and burn it (used nero 6, very simple, just click create audio and data cd). For me it solved the problem and now I've got the soundtrack in the background ;)
