  • Also. Most atheists I speak to seem to be stuck in stage two.

  • I think most republicans are in stage 1.

  • have you ever read the book into the wild, if you haven't read it, you should you will like it and if you read it do you think this stages apply to the main character?

  • Great video, I must have missed it when you originally posted it, but at least I caught it now haha :) When I look back at the different stages I been through I am so amazed...! All the stages are necessary so we shouldn't judge.

  • I very much agree with this Fowler guy. I'm also in the fifth stage. :D

And you're so sweet, trying so hard not to come across mean. :)

  • @maynardfangirl Yeah, I think the stages seem pretty accurate. And thanks, lol. I've been trying not to judge lately. :P

  • I had to laugh, because I've been struggling with putting people down lately too. I always say everyone has the right to believe what they want (I'm eclectic too) but then I catch myself getting irritated over Christian bumper stickers and such. And then I feel like a big hypocrite. Anyway, just stumbled across your channel and I really like your videos. I've been thinking of starting a vlog for my own Pagan journey, and now I think I will. You've inspired me. Thanks!

  • @sashimidragon Sounds EXACTLY like me. lol. It makes you feel awful, doesn't it? I also believe everyone has a right to believe in whatever they want and whatever feels right for them ... but then I find myself inwardly judging some more extreme branches of Christianity. Makes me feel just a little hypocritical, lol. Anyway, if you make videos I would be interested in hearing what you have to say about your path. I read your "About Me" description and we seem to have a whole lot in common. :)

  • @SummerStitchinWitch It totally makes me feel awful. But my brain still goes "Judge! I judge you!" I hate it when my brain makes me feel like a hypocrite against my will. Anyway, yeah I feel like we have a lot in common too. I'm working on the videos. I've done a few practice ones. I'll upload one when I stop forgetting where I'm supposed to look when I talk to a computer screen. That's harder than I thought it would be. Lol.

  • AWESOME video!

  • @ChampagneandLipstick Thank you :) Glad you enjoyed!

  • Yup, we (pagans) have egotistical, self centered and arrogant people to deal with too. Everyone thinks it's just the christians, etc, but nope they are everywhere! It's cool she made you think, but she falls right into the same box as someone who says you are going to hell or whatever. Don't dwell, your path is between You and your deities of choice, that's it. No one knows anymore than anyone else, it's a personal thing. Too bad you got one of the closed minded pagans at your first event.

  • @Chetallica That's true, people like that are everywhere and in every religion/faith/path. I guess this was a good learning experience for me though, so maybe if it ever happens again I'll be able to brush it off a little easier.

  • That lady actually served many purposes for you to learn from.1To learn to take attacks to the ego in stride,2It instantly changes your perspective,by it I mean spoken words3You know who you are4Always be in the moment to be ready for the attempted mental rattling, that's a given5It was a play at power,so wanted recognition6If others were there your reaction is a message to them, who is stronger.6Who is she anyway,politically7 I could go on and on:) Loved the video.

  • @slickrickjohnson Thanks for bringing all of that up. Sometimes it's hard to look for the bright side of everything, but I guess even this situation has it's good points. :)

  • If she said that to me, I would.... I would.... Darn it! I would bitch slap her...in my head :D

J/k, but that was a bitchy thing she'd said.

  • @JeremyPagan94 Hahaha :) I think I did bitch slap her in my head. :P

  • What a strange woman! Gives you some sense of strength in who you are when faced with that kind of strangeness. I hope there were pleasant others who made her strange moment with you fade into the background. I don't know how anyone in this modern world would think solitaries are clueless about the ritual and social interaction in our world. Do solitaries live in caves? I think not :) ~Anni~

  • @MIRTHandREVERENCE Yes, I met other people who were very kind, so I am still glad I went. Thank you for your comment. :) Have a beautiful weekend!
