Thats the fusion form of the wind and water elemental pets, you have to be en elyos to get her and you need to be a spiritmaster, which i am = ). Unless the 1.5 patch changed the rules..

Yes only spiritmasters can summon pets. If you ever played WoW, think of them as warlocks.

So does she level up to? Will there be more spirits to call latter in te game? Or will they uplaod more or whatever? And do you have to cast a spell to do that fusion thing or is she just as she is?

As of right now it seems like she does not level up. There are only four pets for the spiritmaster to call upon, 5 if you count the fusion pets, being an asmodian race will give you the ability to summon the earth/fire fusion pet and this water/wind one as an elyos. They may upload more pets in future expansions but of course that is way to early to know because the game has yet to even come out(at least in america/Europe) so an expansion is way way later but no news of that at this time.

And yes you have to cast a spell to do the summoning, i believe it is a DP(divine power) spell which DP spells are your most powerful abilities. You gain DP points by killing mobs/monsters and you slowly fill up the DP bank(aka its a bar, like a health bar.) And once you save up enough you can unleash the DP for your charatcer to unleash pain
