Something I recently found out made me remember comments I'd read on here a while back. I don't know about the rest of you, but it has officially been proven that there is indeed drugs in the water...At least here in Atlanta. The three drugs announced are Acetaminophen, Nicotine, and Caffeine. They want to get you energetic, addicted and to feel good.

I thought it was hilarious considering that Parapin is a 'fictional' substance created for the storyline for Year Zero. I guess one would need a sense of humor to get it.
There really are pharmaceuticals in the drinking water of major cities. And it was Cotinine, not Nicotine, which is just a byproduct of Nicotine. My mistake.
All the same, I love NIN and this song is great.

you can now cut an album slap it up on sites like youtube, myspace and others.
musicians can't make any real money selling albums anymore. they have to get by playing live shows, selling merchandise
and the massive fame of being a rock star.

haha-- when I read 'censored' I just figured they simply cut out the 'inappropriate' material for basic cable tv viewing, but I gotta say the censoring is well played in the sense that it fits in beautifully with the theme of the album. (not that I'm condoning censorship in any way, shape or form)

Interesting. First time I've seen the censored version. Has a bit less...emotional power than the uncensored version, but it definitely adds an interesting concept with the censoring screen. It's nice if you can view both...That's why YouTube is kinda awesome.

Nine Inch Nails was never a band... Trent alone writes and mixes instruments with session musicians on tour. There has NEVER been a NIN group although Danny Lohner was a vital ingredient on two albums... So there is no change to touring or anything else! This is how its always been! :)

they censored it so that they can get the video aired on network television. if it was to graphic like past videos then they would have less viwers and less record sales. with the newer songs like this and hand that feeds its been cleaner and more fans have built up. and who doesnt love blood?
