This video is terrible.

First, the format is a throwback pre-YouTube days when people made huge, huge videos and expected viewers to sit through 80% filler. It doesn't even get started until 3:58 -- that's 4 whole minutes of complete filler! Terrible.

Even worse, the rest of the video is about 10x slower than it needs to be; it takes almost 2 minutes just telling you how to cast a Frost Nova. Terrible.

No, in fact, AoE grinding is much easier these days.Icy Veins works on resisting mobs as well (no interruption while channeling the Blizz) plus there"s always Polymorph as another "oops"-button...check out my video answer, the grinding starts at lvl 20....

this is just a basic aoe guide for people that dont know how to aoe. this video doesnt show advanced frost techniques. if the mobs are under 20%, use a nova if its up... or kite a few more seconds until so, then use coc. with imp coc and shatter, your coc finishes up the job. for horde mages 24-28 u can grind hillsbrad farm and at 26 u can pull a larger group (up to 10) -- careful though, its dangerous and requires skill. a rule of thumb: always try to aoe grind mobs, unless theyre snipers.

However, in relation to that, I would disagree beginning to "AoE" at level 20. I'd suggest questing 'til 28, or 26 if you have excellent gear, and THEN beginning to AoE with Blizzard.

Alot of things have changed, and are different, for this video, which may confuse many people.

But, just add some common sense into your talents, as well as applying the ones that still remain identical to this video's suggestion.
