now when they get 99 hp... that = fully maxed. or i guess maxed with 99 hp?.

Different people word things different ways. this has alot to do with when you started playing...

If it means anything, I've had a pure since '03. And played on and off 'til '09. Now I've just grown tired of the game, but yeah. Back then, no pures were 'maxed' except a select few. And if they were, it was from PC. Hint at the 90 HP.

range i did mostly fire giants/orges/tzhaar kets/blue drags.

range was legit from 1-99.

str i did mostly experiments til 80. then i pc'd from 80-90 and then sw from 90-99.

Ava's Accumulator Pure. (lowest prayer with animal magnetism done = 15) Accumulator gives +4 to range also picks up ammo for you.

No other pure has been 50 att/ava's pure maxed.

I consider maxed with str,range,magic. (with hp i would call that fully maxed)
