Wow! Just recognised the Old Tram Bridge at Avenham Park. Had a photographer friend (best man) take a photo of me pretending to strangle the missus on those very railings just after we got married. Think I'll now take back what I said previously! cheers
Great! Wouldn't have associated Walton Le Dale in a million years with one of my favourite psychedelic singles. Rented a room in the 'Old Police Station' down by the river in the late 70's. The cells and guard room had been converted into a bar! ' Walking thru fields that just aren't real' I associate more with the Yorkshire Dales, than W-L-D, tho’ to be fair, I have taken some magical photos of the river at W-L-D with ground mist. Good effort tho' and thanks for the memories.
