We don't worship Mary. You Bible-only people just slay me. You exclude anything supernatural ever occuring. I believe with God all things are possible. When Jesus comes again the dead will be raised with new bodies but their souls are separated at death and they will go into the new bodies that will never die. The structure of the DNA was never described in the Bible but God put it in everyone and it takes great wisdom to see it. It still exists even if you can't see it in your own body.

While we catholics certainly believe in the BIBLE as the source of divine revelation, SACRED TRADITION (teachings that have been passed orally) are EQUALLY considered as worthy of belief. So why argue with us?

I will not try to convince you by historical and theological facts because your pride will make your heart harder. However I would like to convince you to read the Bible and turn to Jesus Christ of Nazareth. We don't worship Mary. You Bible-only people just slay me. You exclude anything supernatural ever occuring. I believe with God all things are possible. When Jesus comes again the dead will be raised with new bodies but their souls are separated at death and they will go into the new bodies that will never die. The structure of the DNA was never described in the Bible but God put it in everyone and it takes great wisdom to see it. It still exists even if you can't see it in your own body.

While we catholics certainly believe in the BIBLE as the source of divine revelation, SACRED TRADITION (teachings that have been passed orally) are EQUALLY considered as worthy of belief. So why argue with us?

While it is true that the Mother of our Lord is less frequently mentioned in the BIBLE, this on the contrary will never diminish her role as the mother of our savior, who is the WORD, who is GOD. Therefore, its enough that we rest in the knowledge that along with St.. Gabriel, St. Anne, and with Mary's own prayer--- she deserves to be called by all generations as BLESSED amongst women as she is the MOTHER OF GOD!

@ed10908 Because you're supposed to pray to God the Father, in the name of Jesus. To pray to any other entity places that entity before god, which is a violation of the first commandment. "Thou shalt have no other gods before me." Sorry, but by definition, to pray to an entity for the purpose of seeking favor or asking for something is worship. And is heresy, to use a Catholic term. The Muslims also see their god in water, clouds, tree trunks and such, too. ring a bell? You need to repent.

the bible says pray to God only, Mary cannot hear us! She is no greater than you or I. Otherwise we would have some direct command from God/Jesus/Holy Spirit to pray/thank her. At my husband's funeral a rainbow appeared over the cross on his casket. We were inside, no windows, it was 12noon, my daughter the church lady helping and I saw it. We knew it was a message that he had entered heaven's gate. We also smelled very strong rose scent.

When the dead appear to you, it is to ask for prayer. So that the sins they commited in their lifetime may be cleansed by our prayers. Remember the creed: "the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the ressurection of the body..." & when their sins are cleansed they proceed to Heaven. Our brothers & sisters in purgatory are themselves saints.. We pray for them and offer them mass to speed up their ascent to Heaven. For souls can only enter Heaven when they are totally perfect.

Apparitions of "humans" are demonic , yes this would include Mary, but you will not understand this until you know the "state of the Dead". That's provable not true. What about scientists who have faith? For example, Francis S. Collins. There are things that even science can't prove/disprove. And besides, if you had no interest in this being true, ou wouldn't have taken the time to go to youtube, search the miracle of the sun, watch the entire 7and a half minute long video and then comment on it.

Ah I see the dilema ... you're just not familiar with who God is.
You see in the beginning God made the world perfect, and God is so good that He allowed us to choose between Him and evil - you could say well as soon as evil came into the world He should've zapped it and gotten rid of it ... but then what would we have thought about God? we would've thought He was some sort of dictator and we would have to watch what we say around Him.

jesus doesnt kill children.He takes away the most good children because he loves them.tree children of the apparition of Mary. They were all brothers and sisters Mary appeared to them and sayd i will take u both but not u(the oldest one) because i want u to spread the word of me in the next years.Then her brother and sister died of a sickness and they died with a smile because Mary was there with them.And lucia (the older one) died a couple of years ago.

Do not worry tho.....These are merely fairy tales. There is no god. These children were never killed in this way..But to follow this god is to follow a tyrant, slave driving, murderer. I could see how maybe the murder of criminals would be just and would make him an ideal leader.....but the merciless slaughter of children for no reason, other than the order of their birth, or the beliefs of their parents? What is that? why? no.................

I've always wondered why that if someone sees the shape of a bearded man or the shape of a woman with a towel on her head in a cloud or on the side of building its a "sign" of the existence of God and reason for unbridled, manical religous fundamentalism.... but if someone sees the shape of a giraffe or the Xbox logo in the same cloud or on the same wall, its a funny coincidence... cunnablebj,you don't know the function of the brain.We all see things that resemble something,but we must take most for what they are,visions of the brain,the greatest computer of all.I am certain that most have seen formations in the clouds that looked like a face or person.I use to lie on my back for hours watching the clouds drift by,and in the process see things so vividly.But,I assure you,there are things that God manifests to us to serve His purpose,and we would be wise to adhere to them.

Oh, and dukedopudja did send out an invitation to challenge, not for me, but I took it up. If it's bad to challenge the will of God, than don't send out an invitation in his Name. Don't put down others for what they believe, not everyone believes in Him and so, don't frce it on others. U may think u did not but u did. I have stated my point and I accept whatever is coming. Never ever use His Name to put others down. U r only spoiling His reputation.

ninjax105,it is not bad to challenge God,but not in a manner that is unjust.I seldom challenge God,but He knows we are weak mortals,and respects us when we challenge Him in a Godly,respectful way.God is our Father,and He excels in love and forgiveness.We judge ourselves more harsely that God.Jesus also challenged God,His Father with"My God,My God,why hath thou forsaken me".I put no one down,but will defend my faith in the manner required against the godless.Nor can I let unbelievers put me down.

Some people see because they try so hard and want to see what they want to see. Don't pull in God or some other religious stuff when things happens. It's hard for people who believe to disbelieve and the disbelieve to believe. It'll go nowhere. And dukedopudja, I hereby challenge the will of God. For once too many, believers told me that I would die for sure but no, I'm still here, waiting for something to get me.
