I just discovered this video today when I was Googling my own name... (I know, I'm awesome like that).

I remember that morning well! I e-mailed YouTube immediately after I noticed it happened, and tried to figure out what was going on.

At the time, my most popular video was the 80's Music Montage, which had an assortment of copyrighted music in it. Well, they removed it that morning, and accidentally took the entire account down with it. After e-mailing them, they fixed it for me.
