Nice work! This is truly inspiring. I found you video after I found that a book I was downloading from archive.org was scanned with a digital camera. I have scanned quite a few books on my bookshelves with a flatbed scanner, quite a tedious process. I teach and travel a lot and am already enjoying the freedom of not have to check your luggage as a result. This new method will allow me to get even more of my books into a "weightless" format.
I want to know how the guy built a microfilm scanner, I want to build one myself.
