  • Just do not do anything stupid and obey the street laws n stuff like that, then everything will be alright, unless cops are being gay and pull you over for nothing!

  • im 15 years old and i only have my permit and i drove I DONT EVEN HAVE A LICENSE

  • I drove 5 months to school and back without a license. Made my life physically easier, but unbelievably paranoid.

  • Lol, I drived my friends car without my learners in the parking not =)

however i drive to my girl friends and to school on a regular basics

the police pulled me over asked to see my license i told them ive lost it they gave me a 80 dollar fine and a 1 month extension to the date i can get my license back

  • Driving is a priveledge, but, Traveling is a right. You have a right to speak, a right to live, a right to die, A right to travel. These are right's from the creator and are your's. Google the term " driving v.s. traveling" OR " I AM A SOVEREIGN" and get out of the matrix. FIGHT BACK, I have alot of info. . . . . . PEACE AND BLESSING'S

  • I JUST GOT PULLED OVER WITHOUT IT....

    LIE 10 MINUTES AGO :/

  • Google Driving v.s. traveling!!!!! And check out the Sovereign Movement. There is alot of hidden knowledge you just have to open your mind, release what you think is true and find out the truth. There is a process called Accepted for Value (A4V) which you can google to. There is no lawful money in circulation so we can't pay for anything. Google USC(United states Code) Title 12 section 3 subchapter XII. Since you can't pay for nothing then A4V it. GOOgle the term A4V. Peace And blessing's.

  • Well ive been driving without a license or permit since I was 15, I first got pulled over and got a fine and 1 point of my license which I didnt have, But Im 18 now and my dumbass still hasnt gotten my license, I was pulled over yesterday and the cop said he'll give me a warning, but he said that before he checked my record lol. He said he'll stick to his word and give me a warning. Cool cop, hes probably a stoner everyone in my town is.

  • You dont need a license to travel on the road. The creator gave you rights when you were born. The United States Constitution simply protects those rights. One of your rights is the right to travel. Drivers license's are priveledges to do commerce (business) Example: Truck driver, Taxi driver, etc. If there is no money envolved your not driving your traveling. Traveling is a human right.

  • @zathegreat Tell that to the cop who arrests you for driving without a liscense. As much as we like to think driving is a right, it's not. It's a privelege we have to earn in America, because in other countries where liscense laws are more lenient, the fatalities on the road are a lot higher. Living in america means living up to the standards and laws that the country enforces to keep things moving smoothly and comfortable for all 300 million of us.

  • @TheProficientPirate DRIVING is a privilege, TRAVELLING is a human right. Driving is when your using a motor vehicle for commercial purposes or for compensation or profit.

  • @2pbig are states sovereign from the federal government?

  • @m221201r I'm not 100% sure, I'm from the UK, but I do know that state law over rules federal law as the states can choose their own legislation. A recent example is a few states introducing state-wide legislation that nullifys obama care etc

  • @2pbig there are sovereign lunatics in my country that disagree with you. if they can do that then they can require drivers licenses..

  • @m221201r I think you're misunderstanding me.

Firstly, the Constitution and Bill of Rights is ineliable. There can be no laws which violate any of the ammendments. So it goes constitutional law > state law > federal law

  • @2pbig which amendment/decision states that operating a vehicle, not traveling, is an inalienable right? ill accept the answer i dont know since we are not from the same country.

  • @m221201r It does not exclusively regard vehicles, but under the legal definition of driving, it is to receive compensation. No compensation = not driving, but travelling. Just google freedom of movement/human rights travel/ etc

  • @2pbig who's legal definition of driving? Blacks law dictionary, a book which is sold to make a profit by a company? i can give you another defintion of driving which is attatched to a vehicle code that doenst match..

  • @m221201r The legal definition which is used in British court of law. Black's law dictionary

  • @TheProficientPirate

"As much as we like to think driving is a right, it's not"

lol... u clearly cannot research efficiently...

    Keep up the slave talk...

  • @TheProficientPirate WONG! We live under commercial law not common law like we used to so therefore a drivers license is an instrument that contractually binds you to the Motor Vechical Act. Without the License you are not contracted thus you do not need to provide one when pulled over for any of the 10,000 statutes that are included in Commercial Law. It's time to take back your god given inalienable rights ie life, liberty and justice for all. google: is driving a right or a privilege.

  • @TheProficientPirate... you are one paranoid member of the sheeple that have been brainwashed into 'adhering to civil law' as DICTATED by your government... (as is evident by your statement regarding privelege vs. right) Two little known fact are 1 - it is illegal for a peace officer to 'enforce' what you call 'laws' if in fact there has been no 'crime' committed, and 2 - driving and traveling are 2 different things... you're sweating it because you wouldn't know how to defend yourself in court

  • bro im 20 no licence and i drive every day

  • i dont even own a license and i have to start driving to skool everyday starting tomorro. its the only way i can get to skool. its about 15-20 minutes away from where i live. fuck it.

  • some cops wont care if you actually have a license and just dont have it on you.

  • you most not have been introduced to the tacticalguy on youtube.lol

  • @SuperUnlawful The tacticalguy doesn't know exactly what he is talking about. He never mentions the fact that drivers licenses are issued to trusts and not living people. He also promotes that people trust in his products rather than promoting others to study the law for themselves.

  • @SimplyThinkDreams He does say"don't take his word for it,and do you own research" during every video.

He has in my opinion more crediability than anyone i've seen thus far.

  • @SuperUnlawful Well I have done a lot of research on these matters as well and have found that Team Law is the best educational resource available when it comes to matters of law. I highly recommend their checking out their site at teamlaw(dot)org

  • You have the right to travel without a license. Look up Freeman on the land.

  • You dont need a license, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO TRAVEL! if they arrest you thats kidnapping and before that they broke the law by declaring a false state of emergency by turning on there lights. Get you a Blacks Law dictionary and learn your rights givin to you by the CONSTITUTION! They are a criminal enterprise that have no jurisdiction over you!

  • I've done plenty of research, and believe me. PLENTY of research is needed, but it is lawful to travel W/O a D/L. You have a common law right to travel in an automobile. check out the channel "drivingiscommerce" for more details.

Look up the legal definition of DRIVER, VEHICLE, PERSON, TRAVEL, CONSENT, STATUTE, LICENSE, TITLE, COMMERCE.

  • You don't need a license. You have the right to travel.

  • I stress all the time..cuz the cops are bored here in Oregon..

Check out Charlie Sprinkle (I travel not Drive) pretty cool stuff.

  • i dont even own a license to begin with i was driving and some guy ran into to back of my car and busted the whole window out of the car. so i got in a lot of trouble excpecialy since i left the scene

  • Lolol. I have. I didn't really panic though. It's not that big of a deal IMO.

  • lol well, so have I, and in normal situations i wouldn't have, but considering it was like 1 or 2 am, and I dont own the car i was driving, i was a little nervous xD

  • i got stopped for not having my headlight on, didnt have my license and my truck was pasted instection....he just said turn your lights on and the end....

  • Hey are you from Holyoke??

  • yes sir i went to school with you names aaron remember???

  • Oh! Aaron Dennick??

  • whoa nobody spells my name right!! 10 points buddy!!

  • I'm not even old enough to drive. xD

I try to keep my common sense up to date, but it lacks sometimes. soooo.yea (:

Hopefully I'll try to remember stuff like that when i get older.

  • Yes, I've driven without my license, but that was a couple decades ago.

When you get to my age, people start calling them senior moments.
