Does anyone know how Legacy created the ODST's armor? Like what methods and matierials they could have used? I create Halo armor/weapons using pepakura and fiberglass but the way they make their armor looks so much more realistic. I understand the cost may be outrageous, but I'll compensate any way I can. Thanks.

If you seen District 9 then you have seen what might of been a Halo movie. For some reason Halo just could'nt make it. After they knew it would'nt make it they came up with D9. Thats why the weapons from D9 look similar to Halos weapons. Also the aliens look similar in body structure.

the live-action trailer was way better than the game itself, no new weapons (just an attachment to an SMG, big deal), no new gameplay, the graphics were even the same. i hope they make a halo movie soon, because from what i saw here, it might be the only game-based movie that's actaully worth seeing!

they're not making a movie because the director that they hire keeps quitting. A movie was already in production. Stephen Spielberg is in talks (or finished talking) with Bungie and Microsoft to reach an agreement where he will direct the Halo Movie.

That's a good point. But perhaps the movie wasn't looking the way it had hoped. If it ends up cheesy, the entire halo series could become a wreck. I'm not sure though, from this trailer thing.. it looks amazing. But there's a reason why they have the job, and not us I guess.

@MultiCokedrinker Because Bungie makes games not movies did you not see other people take on the art,camera shots, and everything.Making a master chief movie would be a little more easier because the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers are more detailed with what they wear and their drop pod.Master chief has nothingbut armor and a GUN.LOLThe hard part would be the arbiter.But if they can make brutes they can make the arbiter.

@Krumper227 If they took two weeks to make the brute (roughly) and it came out looking that god WITHOUT any special touching up( there was like a two second segment in this of the brute costume) than the arbiter would come out fucking amzing! theyd have to make a mask sorta like the predator one, in terms of animatronics.
