@kellypopcorn, We asked our Chef Justin and his response was " Either purchase a sharpening stone or take it to a professional knife sharpener once or twice a year and remember to use a steel regularly when cutting in order to align the blade, be sure to wipe knife with a clean towel after using steel to remove any metal shavings"
Perhaps we will post a video soon on how to sharpen a knife and use a steel. - Adam
