Kramer did a good job destroying the dynamics of Hendrix's song. You can tell they copy pasted Jimis vocals and they don't even have the moody descending blues riff here. Although this song was far from finished, Jimi planned on modulating keys midway.

there's a few versions of this song (they were on youtube before the phony VON album after that Sony yanked em all), incomplete, yet dynamics are well intact, without the premature vocals as here.

it wasn't a demo when Jimi died. infact he mentions this song in passing at Woodstock 69, over a year before death, but says "nevermind I forgot the words."

if THIS was the desired product Jimi coulda released it in 1969; he planned a key change and another verse

It's mediocre.

It's not as good as any of the tracks Hendrix released

Maybe the Hendrix Estate should be less greedy
