No Seans is 16 when he first joins in third strike which takes place in 1999 while SF4 takes place in 1995 16-4=12, Matoko was only about 15 in third strike making her 11 or 10 Mel isn't even born but in 3rd Strike he's up to his father's thigh. Yun and Yang are about 15-17 in third strike

Being able to play with or against Gouken is truly amazing! T. Hawk, Birdie or Guy would be a very great addition to the character rost. And if there would be a way to play with Shin Gouki or Evil Ryu it would be awesome.
