@MarcusWolschon This is my usual setup which is a 0.4mm MakerBot nozzle on an MK6+ hotend (cartridge heater). I am using 3mm natural ABS which is being extruded at 225C onto a heated bed at 100C covered with an aluminium sheet and a layer of Kapton tape.
Skeinforge 35 as the slicing engine and printed from the SD card.
Appears to be related to the z-height, I did back the nozzle off because I was getting too much plastic laid down but my tweaking was probably too severe and I'm getting the opposite sort of effect. I am trying to find the middle ground where there is enough squishing to allow the plastic to stick but not so much that excess is oozing out.
What do your extruder and hot end look like?
Material and temperature?
