Hunters like this on the video needs to have a hunting license. These are given out if you pass a special course. Much like getting your drivers license

Well I don't know tbh. But as Sweden is very strict on most of their licenses. I would guess you would have to take some soft of test or somthing like that.

As Sweden have stricter training in hunting than other countrys, they want to know that you behave as demanded etc.

This is just my guesses. But I think its about 95% accurate.

i hunt regularly in england and have been to sweden 20 or so times(jag prata svenska) and also lived there,since i use either an air rifle on my own or hunt with my dads shotgun and rifle licence i havnt seen a need to apply for my own.i am a member of the british army and would like to travel from norberg to kiruna this summer and would feel much safer with a rifle,also i plan to fish or hunt for my dinner most nights(rat packs otherwise) what are the chances i could get a rifle for the trip?

Moose hunting in Sweden is not a sport, is it a necessity. If the moose population was not kept in check, it would skyrocket because of the lack of natural predators.
