About your issue with your in-laws, yes, time help a lot... I had a very big issue with my stepmother about something she did to my twins when she was babysitting them and after a good talk and many months, it became a lot better. And don't be surprised at your boyfriend reaction. Mine didn't take my side at all when this happenend... but it appears that he just didn't get it. men don't think like women, unfortunately...

My inlaws were not my biggest fan until i was pregnant. Not that its important but in FIVE years i never received a gift from them. a month after delivery of my daughter they got me a full body massage gift certificate and a huge gift basket for mothers day and have spoiled me ever since. Our whole relationship changed when i had the baby.

It is hard, I have issues with my sister in law too and for awhile my mother in law was bitter over it until she seem her true colours now she's all wanting to be best friends with me but surprise I'm pregnant so maybe that's why too. So frustrating but hard because I can't really say anything it's my husbands family... But to be honest I do keep my distance and don't see them often which is what is best for me. I married my husband not his parents. I will respect them but I will not do things

i feel for you! my in laws are the exact same way if not worse they have always hated me for no reason and when i became pregnant wanted to be included in everything and now i my daughters two and they dont want a relationship with me but they want to take my daughter when ever they want and spend time together with out me around, not gonna happen lol to this day ive never let them! were a package deal! :) good luck hope everything works out for you!

Awe... That's a real bummer. I do hope that everything works out well. Maybe they are just trying to make Drew feel bad or something. That's kind of sad. My in-laws are amazing, but believe me, I have had other long term relationships and had problems with parents before. It's a hard thing, it does make you feel nervous to even be around them, because you start to feel like anything you do could be held against you later. It's weird. lol You're belly is adorable :D)
