@demondayzzz Those are Reaper ships..I believe there is a difference. Considering in Mass Effect 1, Saren was the only indoctrinated by the ship. In Mass Effect 2, we had the opportunity to go into a derelict Reaper that still had the indoctrination capabilities. We also had the opportunity to see a collector was a vessel for the threatening Reaper ship. Then it seemed like the Reaper was trying to create a large, human/cyborg type of being that we eventually destroyed.

@urbangame i dunno, they all looked like sovereign, he was a vessel/ carreid saren & co but was still a Reaper. In ME3 you encounter the human reaper baby in teh collector's home base, i was under the impression that you'd get krogan reapers as well for example, or prothean reapers, or more human reapers, rather than just scarab looking reapers like Sovereign. who knows, we may get a few of those anyway. the volus reaper would be the best lol

@demondayzzz Yeah haha a Volus one would be really funny..but that's what i'm saying basically - we haven't really seen the Reaper in it's actual form..I think those are just ships and they attempted to have a physical being in the form of the race they are trying to harvest (ME2). So those Reapers in the trailer are either just Reaper ships or Reapers themselves and they don't go by different races and such. Just my thought on the whole mystery behind them.

Maybe the rachni help if you saved them, cuz they didn't do shit in ME2 for me except annoy me with a random convo and email, but i guess they'd be pretty useless anyway.

@darthkarr I'm sure BioWare will give us a DLC or fill us in with epic filler story with a good introduction in the next game as they did for the transition between ME1 and ME2. Also, I would refer to the very end of ME2, this trailer seems to be the exact result of a series of events and that ending in particular. I'm sure BioWare might experiment with how ME3 begins. Probably how you responded to the Illusive Man's final instruction at the end..whether you obeyed or disobeyed his orders.

Since they didn´t use it this time i believe they are more vulnerable, otherwise it would be impossible to win. Of course it´s only a my theory, and we don´t really know much about the reapers, so we can only speculate...

The Mass Relay networks were made not only to harvest their victims, and to ensure that they would never be discovered, but to also ensure that they could wipe out the heart of the Galactic Community instantly. Vigil tells you this in ME1. The Reapers destroy the council and everyone in the Citadel before they can mount defenses.

I wouldn't mind another 2-3 years to perfect this finale; but I heard that this game has been development far before the 2nd one had even been released so this is probably nearing the final stages of development already. Also, I'm sure the game will be similar to all the others, we'll explore etc. BioWare isn't known for limiting it's characters and plot without probable cause or reason. Also, this soldier seems significant to me.

@warlight2333 I think this will go to a grander scale..we'll probably be looking for more than just recruiting people..not to mention..this all depends on if your Shepard survived. I think now, your actions all the way from Day 1- how your relationships with other characters, colonies, planets, council, races, etc will play a MASSIVE role in your ability to save Earth and probably other places. I doubt the Reapers are just going after Earth. Humans are everywhere in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Chance are, no...for one thing, Bioware wouldn't remove the exploration aspect of the game, since that's part of what makes the series so amazing. And for another, you wouldn't be taking back individual cities; Reapers are huge and powerful. You either take back the planet or you lose it all.

Chances are it was a Collector, but we can't say from sure; it could very well be some sort of new enemy, some new species enslaved by the Collectors. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Man... Out of the questions, one thing bugs me most about this trailer. What on earth is that soldier shooting at? Is it a husk? Did he just randomly decide to put one of those innocent civilians out of their misery? Or is it some new servant race of the Reapers? Human based Collectors?

Btw, he fired a single shot out of the M29 Incisor. I wish I could do that.
