With the NSX, the S2000 and the Integra all discontinued, and only a Civic Type R to reparesent all its racing spirit, I feel Honda is losing that plot, like Toyota lost it years ago until the point that they currently don't have even a slightly sport-like car. I use to sell cars and our dealership Concord Acura sold an NSX back in 98 or 99 to Robert Redford. He never came to the dealership but the managers decided to drive it up to him in Napa Valley,CA. Well that's where I came in. It needed gas and you know how lazy managers are. I asked and to my surprise they said go ahead. I went ahead all right....right to the freeway and beat the shit out of his car and it was a blast to drive. Much faster then my 1997 Integra GS-R. NSX is a nice ride for sure.

Actually they pulled the plug in 2005 because they were too expensive to buy and not too popular. People that wanted to buy them were usually looking for 2hand, but Honda sold too few to begin with. Altough it;s a fabolous car, nobody wanted to pay the price of a good porsche or gallardo or ferrari 360 on a Honda. And the 280limited HP was the killing argument. Altough i think that the nsx produced much more like 350.
