I give the team behind this one MAD props- they could have easily made a lackluster game knowing it would make money just from Pokemon's extreme popularity at the time, but instead they made an incredibly enjoyable experience that I cherish almost (almost...) as much as the R/B/Y/G/S/C. They should remake this Game with all the new cards and be able to choose from all the starter pokemon structure decks like Red Frenzy. You should also be able to build your own decks rather than whats in the deck machines. You would inherit all the legends and there would be Grand Master for all the Legendary Cards. There would also be a Team Rocket for that too

IMO, Pokémon TCG relies a little too much on coin flips to stand up to games like Magic: The Gathering or Yu-Gi-Oh (not that I've played either, mind). Didn't stop me from loving it. I must've been one out of about three people in my whole fucking school who understood how to play it properly. I loved this game because I didn't have to spend disproportionate amounts of money to experiment with deck ideas.
