Afraid I don't have the code but it was very basic. The unit runs on 110 volts AC, so I used a pair of solid state relays grabbed from Skycraft and drove them directly from the Arduino. There's a neutral wire, a hot for the walk side, and a hot for the stop side. The Arduino was programmed to flash the stop side for 15 seconds then goes on steady. The unit remembers how long the stop side was flashed and the next time displays the countdown.
@someclevernickhere oh ok that doesn't sound too bad at all. I was thinking it was going to be more complicated for some reason. Thanks for the help! :-)
This is great! I'm interning in Florida for the summer and I grabbed a signal from Astro Too also! I'm still trying to figure out how exactly to wire them. (I have the Dialight 401-6479-001F but I'm sure it works the same.) If there is any info you can give me on the circuit you hooked it up to then that would be great! Also, I have an arduino laying around that I bought once to play with but never used it. Maybe you could show me the code you used? Any help would be much appreciated!

Now, the real trick would be getting the 'Don't Walk' signal, instead of displaying the entire hand, to flick you off by displaying "The Bird". ;)
