Dispatch should not say "Zero Tango Charlie" for a MN license plate, should be "Oscar" if the plate is OTC-998 or Zulu if it's ZTC-998, but would not have a number and 2 letters in the first 3 characters. This and a flat screen TV in north minneapolis are standout errors, otherwise flawless. :)
