Hmm.. it's a good vid but just one thing is bugging me... You're saying you'll be using prayer so you need prayer armour. But there is an altar there so why not just use the highest str bonus? It makes you hit higher, meaning more exp / h, and doesn't infect your status too much 'cept you'd need to pray a little bit more than now =)

lol i'm dhing there all the time. huge xp, but if you don't have dh/ good stats i recommend the new living rock caverns, the things have 300 hp and like no defence and hardly hit (if you ahve good armour) but these things are epic to train on.

there is an altar 2 SQUARES AWAY FROM U, and then your gonna use proselyte "to stay longertwithour praying"??? xD wtf, if u'd use bandos, thats easily 10K+ xp more/hour, and only like, 30 seconds TOTAL loss of praying that hour...

proselyte is used for slayer tasks, when the monsters require protection prayers, or when you use piety without an altar nearby...

NOT when you can pray any 10 seconds >_>

Yea dude if you use proselyte you can last longer if you're using more then 1 pray. I use Protect from Melee, Ultimate Strength and Incredible reflexes and if was to use my Bandos i would have to fill pray more often. You get more XP with proselyte.

I would only use Bandos there if i only use protect from melee. For multiple prayers i would use Proselyte. That's how i view it because i want my prayer to last long for easy training like that.

Idk if you use dharoks then you can get 70k-90k per hour if you are focused so it depends. =)

exceptions to the gear set up are rune defender/dfs, full melee void, or bandos chest and tassets. also u can use dragon b-axe instead and if you bring an antipoison you dont need any food.

I use Dharok's at these guards - it's great! Just get yourself to about 6hp, and when you hit 11hp attack the spider to poison you. (Don't use super antipoisons)

Let the poison get you back down and use a prayer book or anti pot to cure.

I'm trying to look around for other ways to make this more effective...any ideas?

just so you know this helps A LOT! get a holy symnol since its good prayer and use the Prayer book from the Great Brain robbery...it heals your poisen so its a little cheaper...just my trick
