Pat Mene is my step father and had a massive stroke and Ritz Carlton royally screwed him after years of excellent service and 2 Malcom Baldrige Awrds they left him with no insurance and no benefits. He now struggles to survive off the meager income of social security to provide for him and his wife and children! It's very sad considering all that this man did for this industry and for the Ritz and they left him with nothing and told everyone he was well taking care of! BOYCOTT THE RITZ CARLTON!!
