I have achieved these states by other means, less physically extreme, although I have cut myself and other things to also achieve these states - and it is amazing! Fakir has been an inspiration to me ever since I found out about him and was drawn to him it would seem - so I believe. He put words to what I was doing before I found out about ritual bodyplay, meditation and spirit quests. I had no teacher but myself and spirit guide so it's in us all. If only I could meet him....
This is a very good interview and I believe what Fakir says. You don't have to go to these extremes, you can achieve this state through conscious breathing.
i hate this interviewer!!!!!!!!!!!! he doesnt know what he is talking about and interupts Fakir or wont let him finish
