electabuzz is in the power plant where zapdos is, you just need to circle a bit an you will find him, simple as that.

i have crystal on my blackberry (its all original with no cheats or anything) and you can actually GET and elekid from the old man in the day care in goldenrod, he gave me an egg i was like wth?? and it finally hatched into elekid, i was surprised

@xChriz503 Actually, the egg you get from the daycare can hatch into: Cleffa, Igglybuff, Pichu, Tyrogue, Elekid, Magby or Smoochum and has a higher chance of being a shiny pokemon and all of them know the special move Dizzy Punch. But I think all this is only on Crystal not sure on GS...

@jolady93 At the daycare below Goldenrod City where you get your 3rd badge. Pichu is born randomly from the Odd Egg or by breeding 2 Pikachus or 1 Pikachu and 1 Ditto.

@styxkeeper Because of the Repel effects. i.e. when looking for Chansey you can use a Repel and have a Lv. 27 pokemon FIRST place on your party. Due to Repels effect, all wild pokemon below level 27 will be repeled, while pokemon higher than level 27 will appear.

@MrAllfg actually dude you trade him holding up-grade not iron coat, I recently got the item but can't remember where from. So you should be able evolve him!

@MrAllfg dude go into a pokemon center and upstairs you can connect ur gameboy via usb to another gameboy, make scyther hold the upgrade and swap him from one gameboy to another. He evolves after u send him, then just trade back to keep him.

That is the best spot in the Ice Path to find Jynx (morning/day) and Sneasel (night). You have a 10% chance in that one room, Basement 3 I believe it's called. Two other rooms have a 5% chance, one has a 1% chance, and the first and last rooms (the ones with exits) do not have these pokemon at all. I say this because I made the mistake of wandering around the first room looking for jynx for HOURS, only to realize I was doing it wrong.

Stay in that one room, and you'll find them quick.
