1.) Didn't see how it worked, so insta-waste-of-time.
2.) I don't really see much "hidden" here. Everything is exposed completely and nothing is "hidden" not even the wiring.
3.) Great that you showed something off; but at least try to make it worth the time of the viewers. Either show off its function or make a tutorial; but decide one and properly title the video accordingly so people don't waste time watching a video that has almost no point (like this one).
@LeVaughnX 1. I did demonstrate it in the video; the pressure pad activates the pistons, obviously. With a roof over it, you can walk in, step on the pad, and nothing can walk in thereafter. 2. The point was to hide the redstone to protect against water, etc. in PvP arenas; the pistons don't need hidden. 3. I spent more of my own time making this video than you spent watching it. What you choose to watch and skip through is your own problem
First of all, its not hidden. Next, you'd need to have a small hill above it to hide it because the things only go up one block for it to be hidden, but it still wouldn't be level. So basically, if you were to use it as an actual pill box, it'd be worthless.
@BuckyBlog It's not meant to be hidden: the "hidden" bit of the title refers to the redstone (my other two pillbox videos didn't bother with hiding the wiring). This is meant to be built in an open courtyard or field, clearly visible
@BuckyBlog A pillbox is just a bunker that you can fire though; nothing more. Whatever you may be picturing in your head for what a pillbox should look like is irrelevant, as there are no uniform designs. This fits well enough into the definition
@AlecsandorSmith Yes, I did: 4:47 Also, this is the third video I've done on these pillboxes, and this video was more of a response to people who had already watched the previous videos at the time (as such, they would have already had enough seeing pistons extend and retract).
2 things: 1, what on earth is a "pillbox" in this context? I have no clue why you use that word.
2, Can you make an updated version of the regular and the hidden ones with vanilla pistons, since they're powered differently than mod pistons in some frustrating ways?
@ThelemaAndLouise A pillbox is dug-in guard posts, normally equipped with holes through which to fire weapons ( wikipedia - Bunker#Pillbox ).
I just tested all of my designs after reading this, and they're all compatible with vanilla pistons. However, any problems with powering pistons (they're definitely are a few bad ones) are bugs. Potentially good news: there is an expected patch tomorrow (date may change if problems arise) which will fix at least 8 piston bugs.
@MUXmrk2 It's not so far. What I was saying was that I want to wait until we have confirmation that it with be included (and properly) before I decide on a new mini-series with them.
@MUXmrk2 Jeb has tweeted that he is interested in adding something like the allocater. He said something along the lines of "we've been playing with the idea for a while now." (not actual quote)

I was enticed by the Pillbox concept, but........you never actually activate it.
You might think about doing that in future videos. Usually once in the beginning, then explain it.
