wow all the songs in Soul Blade are awesome!! Calibur series has nothing to what Soul Blade has. Too bad namco treats soul blade as a forgotten game to the series cause it was absolutely amazing!

@DarudeF1 : Within reason - Hwang was the same,but had extra kicking moves - But - Unlike mitsurugi,he didnt have counter attacks - But thankfully in Soulcalibur onward,they made them significantly different, but youre basically right,i preferred hwang in this version.

nooo my freind he did a huge one indeed the first game he is more badass and humble as he looks for a weapon that can destroy the rifle clan cuz they killed his family then in sc 3 and 4 he is a cocky and unmerciful he looks for ppl who are stronger then him he no longer fears the rifle and he searches the earth for someone stronger then him

Mitsurugi is such a badass. He's like the only one of the originals who didn't really get a personality nerf in the later games, too. The so-called character development in the series just took a turn for the ridiculous for most characters.

I acknowledge that Mitsurugi and Hwang are both all time favorites in the soul blade era. These two have the most remarkable and powerful technique/skill, about equal in terms of speed and strength. but in a true full scale battle. who is actually the greater warrior. on a side note I respect these two as equals.

In edge master mode, one of the first battles Mitsurugi decides to fight a demon that possesses travelers basically because he is bored....... Love crossing the styx critical edge! That was the first one I was able to master

One of the reasons why he's awesome is that every one of his themes in every Soul Edge/Calibur game have the exact same musical build up in the middle of the song. -> 0:50 You should post each theme of him compare.
