  • Great ideas. Thanks for the post. I like the no batteries needed suggestions. Glad there was a link I can use.

  • I live in the poncy UK so i have to stick with a rape alarm tied to some dental floss for my area perimeter sensor and some twigs for the area denial -_-

  • good info

  • Thank you Sir!

  • The cool thing about Power Pro braided fishing line as a trip wire, is that it has a vary small diameter for the pound test that it is. 20 lb power pro is .006" in diameter and almost invisible in the environment. You can now get it in brown and as always dark green. It's very low stretch so it will pull the pin on your alarm almost as soon as the line gets some tension on it. I use 20 lb Power Pro on my electronic trip wire alarms. That line has never broken when someone sets one off.

  • @CrypticCRICKET I use the moss green on my fishing rods and that's what gave me the idea. Thanks for the validation on that because its a little out of the box but works like nobody's business.

  • Thank you for the informative video. I would make sure that children know not to play with these devices. I hope that yours rust away from lack of use in the future. All the best to you and your family, a friend in Oregon.

  • While you can use live rounds it is best to use blanks in case you have friendlies wonder thru.

  • Very very good my friend. Don't forget, if it gets really serious to put a regular shotgun shell in that thing for a really nasty surprise. :o) And in addition to seismic sensors buried in the ground, there is also chemical "sniffers" similar to the ones that sniff out explosives that can be set up to sniff out the chemical signatures in sweat, urine, etc and can be used to track people or set up as a perimeter security system. Build an attack robot equipped with them and some weapons mounted.

  • Found an interesting one, "Dakota Alert" passive IR sensors which alert over MURS radio.

Anyone found something cheaper in the "wireless IR door chime" kinda vein?

  • @mryellow123 Those would be great up close to house especially if you can piggyback power from the low voltage lighting system.

  • It seems to me that if for some reason they declare martial law" that the military would most probably take control of all ground transportation and control the highway system. Probably stay out of neighborhoods, unless there is a problem. Let local law enforcement deal with day to day, but be close enough to react to heavy incidents. But honestly, the only thing that I have noticed this year is a much more robust Air Operation over CONUS, and a few storys here. You guys know more?

  • I like the idea of early warning, but the idea of rendering the enemy momentarily disorientated and knowing that the few moments for you are all opportunity moments. Cool subjects guys" The info is starting to flow, thanks guys for all that you do.

  • Clothespin , fishing line, plastic spoon, any common wire capable of 9 volts, some sort of pyrotechnic device or devices that are electronic capable, a 9 volt battery, some tape" with these common items, you can create a similar trigger for early warning, and with some creativity" an individual can mod in some interesting active denial.

  • Is it called "call first"? And is that "Hi-vail" or "Hy-vell" or what ??????

  • HI-VEL.COM

  • good one. Do all these prep videos give anybody the indication shit is, if not already hitting the fan?

I often ponder, how to wake more people up.

Trillions spent on armed defense and not a safe place on earth.

    Counter productive? Dah!

  • can you put a link to that site please, thanks

  • Highbell?

  • where did you get these items? Great info.

  • GREAT INFO!

    Thank You!

  • Thanks for sharing. There sure better than my home made ones. I encourage people to get these items or make them yourself. If you have the equipment and material dont put it off. Right now we have power and time if the balloon goes up we will have more important things to do than spend time in the shop. Thanks for showing us some cool things to enhance our security.

  • @southernprepper1 I will hopefully be bringing some with me to preppers conference on 3-3. And thanks for the inspiration.

  • @southernprepper1 I have those window chirpers tied to fishing line. Fishing line separates the two pieces and ther magnetic "chirper" goes off. Dollar store stuff. Works though. Used in a shed of power tools on the main door.

  • Cool, interesting stuff.

  • Could you pm me a link for the trip wire. Great vid and thank you.

  • @mojopin12 You need to put me on as a contact before it will let my message thru

  • @GUNRNR7271 Done sir.
