  • imi place si acest gen de muzica.

  • old school awesomeness!

  • Two words: fucking. INTENSE.

  • this is sick shit

  • AWSOMENESS!! Listen to those fucking vocals!

  • @DoomSlayer8000 fuck you faggot this music is fucking talentless. and by the way, SLAYER FUCKING SUCKS!!!! metallica, slipknot and bullet for my valentine are the only good metal nowadays.

  • @orkeimmortal You dickhole, seriously, bullet for my valentine, metallica and slipknot are the three worst fucking bands nowadays, you imbecile. Wake the fuck up. Keep it old-school, as my fellow companion Xysmic has drawn me into \m/

  • @orkeimmortal Cool story bro, Shitknot, Cashtallica an Dildo For My Valentine are worse than William Hung when he's drunk. If you want bands from this era that are good, check our Warbringer, Diamond Plate, Vindicator, Skeletonwitch, Lich King, Bonded By Blood, etc., etc.

  • @KissMeImPunk do go on, sir...

  • @Panasper With band names?

  • @KissMeImPunk hell yeah man, i checked out all of them, they were all interesting. I tend to go more for death than thrash, but those were some fuckin sick thrash bands too.

keep em comin brutha! or not.

  • @Panasper Older stuff this time: Dark Angel (Darkness Descends, Leave Scars) Sadus Merciless Wehrmacht Invocator Attomica Sepultura Protector Kreator (Pleasure to Kill - Coma of Souls) Morbid Saint Morbid Angel
  • @KissMeImPunk Why are we talking about thrash in an old school 90s DM / Mordicus video?

  • @SplatteredRemnants Because death metal evolved from. Bands wanted to explore the heights of brutality and wanted to sound heavier and darker. It went from thrash, to brutal thrash, to death/thrash and/or proto-death, to death metal in the style of Floridian and Sweden.

  • @KissMeImPunk I know the evolution of extreme metal, I've probably been listening longer than you (no offense). That still leaves me wondering what any of that has to do with this specific video though. Fucking worship this or rot... !

  • @SplatteredRemnants Are you sure you wanna use "extreme" metal? It might be used for another collective of bands.

  • @KissMeImPunk Another collective of bands like who? Bon Jovi? Anything Carcass-esque is extreme and wonderous.

  • @SplatteredRemnants No you fucking retard, the "extreme" metal for the more..mainstream folk.

  • @KissMeImPunk Death/black/speed/thrash has always been known as "extreme metal." It's obvious you just started listening to metal two weeks ago.

Thrash discussion on a 90s death metal video is completely irrelevant, off-topic, and stupid. I'd much rather discuss bands that are relevant to this scene.

  • @SplatteredRemnants Cool assumption bro, I've been listening to this shit for a couple years now. Calling it "extreme" metal jsut kinda makes it seem childish. While it is extremely heavy, it would be silly to call it extreme metal since it already has a label to it. Plus, thrash is not irrelevent to death metal, seeing as it DID help push the movement pretty much all the way.

  • @KissMeImPunk Only a couple of years? I've been listening to metal for 20+, who's opinion on certain matters means more? The term "extreme metal" is an all-encompassing, generic term that includes Death, Black, Thrash, Doom. When you're speaking in general about all of the above, as we were, you can just call it all Extreme. If you're singling one out, you can specify which subgenre.

  • @KissMeImPunk And no thrash isn't completely irrelevant to death metal, but this video really isn't about the evolution of extreme metal (all subgenres and how they're all related), it's a video of Mordicus' music. So if someone liked this and asked for recommendations, citing Dark Angel or Sodom would be incorrect, as you're not giving the person the right list of bands that they asked for. They would probably have wanted you to cite bands that sound similar to Mordicus.

  • @orkeimmortal you are either a troll, or really stupid.

  • They obviously were unable to hide they loved early carcass. Pretty cool shit.

  • What is there to hide ? Should that kind of love be ashamed ?

  • Merely pointing out it was rather obvious, by no means is that a bad thing.

  • Old school death/grind. I dig this!
