  • i agree... nice to push the limits but this can be a very dangerous exercise. I think you are pushing the limits too much. drop the weight or you will end up with back or shoulder problems. you should be able to do a nice clean 5 reps without loss of form. i suggest adding hack squats or deadlifts to your routine if you haven`t already, and focus on a nice tight arched lower back. That tight arched lower back is the key to a good clean and press. Don`t rely on a weight belt. ;) have fun!

  • Nice work man, it is always good to push the limits but id drop 20 off that bar to be safe, and always make sure your legs are good to go before big weights, Anyhow impressive lift.

  • work on your clean form some it should be one motion not a deadlift into a reverse curl
