@Oedipus58921 how can science explain life? you mean: how DID science explain life? charles darwin - the origin of species.. natural selection.. ?? if you really don't know.. look it up..
@4N0NYM0U557 Why you have to be arrogant? I know what Charles Darwin said, but I'm going into the core, how science can explain the origin of life if that's more precise, what gives u life?
@Oedipus58921 what gives me life? oxygen, water etc.. i'm just a bunch of molecules stuck together.. i really dont know how to break it down further.. religion does not explain what gives you/me life, it only explains the creation of life.. and thats it - and btw, thats nothing..
look up "Miller's experiment" (Miller was able to "create" organic molecules from a bunch of other -inorganic- molecules) basically, it explains how the life could have formed here on earth..
@4N0NYM0U557 How do you even know that's true. And the "Miller's experiment" just proved it was posible that life origin in certain conditions on aciente earth, didn't actually created life, which lead us to the question again: what's the origin of life? And still you haven't answer my question, oxygen water etc keeps you alive doesn't created life. "Miller's experiment just proved it was possible that life origin(-ated?) in certain conditions on ancient earth, didn't actually create life" - you just proved yourself wrong - the result of Miller's experiment were amino acids, which make proteins in living cells.. life without them, pretty-much, wouldn't be possible..
@4N0NYM0U557 I don't know the origin of life, that's whole thing I've learned something, the Miller experiment thing and thanks. This is what I'm trying to show you at your early age you can barely know everything as a matter of fact there's nobody in the entire world that does. And ignoring the ganggheensoldier comment I think Philosophy is a good way to get to know the truth, there are some part of reality that can only be explained in a metaphysical way, which is denied by science.
@Oedipus58921 Why can't we just admit we don't know and accept it? The need to require an explaination for phenomena that rests outside scientific understanding seems rather egocentric, but beyond that, it is just dishonest to try to apply meaning to something which naturally posesses none or does not posess the meaning attributed to it.
@Grospoliner indeed it is egocentric but just try to explain what science can't, and that's the whole point of my argument, science can't explain everything.....nonetheless google can XD

@xXDominoXx Stupidest comment ever. Slave owners were also here before us, but by your logic, that makes them better than us. Sometimes progress is a good thing, but you conservatives don't understand that. Everything in the past was "better", right? Too much propaganda has turned your brains to mush.
@dayati George Washington is better than me as my founding father
he owned slaves, yet he still was a great man who was a leader of a nation that he and his fellows created, you're a typical liberal parasite who does nothing but feed off of the guilt of whites and at the same time destroying this white nation.
you are a cancer of the earth, you fruits only cause war, unfortunately because of your kind, there will be war when there didn't have to be.
@dayati I would also like to add the fact that the civil war wasn't about freeing slaves, in fact, Abraham Lincoln was planning to send them back to Africa, and he even did, he founded Liberia and sent the niggers there.
@kingsalmonsteak By this you imply that every Christian or religious person are the same. That's not the most intelligent way of interpreting other people's beliefs or knowledge. I'm an atheist, and I don't support any religious "theory of life and everything". But saying every Christian or religious person are ruining humanity it's plain ignorance. Even in my country, Christians here are very different from the ones in North America.
@adrianotbm I didn't say that every Christian was ruining humanity. I was pointing out that Einstein's belief of a God varied greatly from what Christian's believe.
@kingsalmonsteak Yes, I know. Sorry I didn't made that clear. Just in case you were supporting that other user who said that Christians were ruining humanity. But for Einstein, even if it was a different belief than Christian, it is still a belief. That's what all religions are about, in my opinion. They believe in something greater that still they don't have evidence to prove.
@kingsalmonsteak Which means he belived in God. Some think he is a benign old man in the sky and others a cold intelligence. If he is real, then ANY concept is wrong.
@Asiablue Muslims think their belief in God gives them the right to dictate it over everyone else. Similarly, a large amount of Christians in America feel they must gain control of the government in order to do the will of God. What I'm trying to get across is that Einstein's belief in a supernatural entity did not make him bigoted. When physicists refer to a God they are often making a general statement of the laws of the universe.
@adrianotbm Einstein was something like a Deist. Later in his life, he essentially used the words "God" and the "Universe" interchangeably. The beauty of everything and that of the unknown was what he called "God". No religion or dogma attached to it at all. He also did not think a personal god existed. Most people's problem is with religion. A belief in a something unknown that does not interfere in our lives and doesn't carry primitive rules to follow is relatively harmless.
In soviet russia, constellation watch you... nah, just kidding, I miss going to open fields and watch clouds, beautiful dark skies and breathing pure air! I love Nature!

@xXDominoXx Stupidest comment ever. Slave owners were also here before us, but by your logic, that makes them better than us. Sometimes progress is a good thing, but you conservatives don't understand that. Everything in the past was "better", right? Too much propaganda has turned your brains to mush.

@dayati George Washington is better than me as my founding father
he owned slaves, yet he still was a great man who was a leader of a nation that he and his fellows created, you're a typical liberal parasite who does nothing but feed off of the guilt of whites and at the same time destroying this white nation.
you are a cancer of the earth, you fruits only cause war, unfortunately because of your kind, there will be war when there didn't have to be.
you serve your jewish gods well.

@xXDominoXx You are one flaming White Supremacist.

@dayati I would also like to add the fact that the civil war wasn't about freeing slaves, in fact, Abraham Lincoln was planning to send them back to Africa, and he even did, he founded Liberia and sent the niggers there.
you fucking idiot.

@ganggreensoldier Einstein believed in God. Did he ruined humanity?
adrianotbm 1 year ago
@adrianotbm Einstein's concept of a God was one that was apathetic towards humanity. Quite different than what Christians claim.
kingsalmonsteak 1 year ago
@kingsalmonsteak By this you imply that every Christian or religious person are the same. That's not the most intelligent way of interpreting other people's beliefs or knowledge. I'm an atheist, and I don't support any religious "theory of life and everything". But saying every Christian or religious person are ruining humanity it's plain ignorance. Even in my country, Christians here are very different from the ones in North America.
adrianotbm 1 year ago
@adrianotbm I didn't say that every Christian was ruining humanity. I was pointing out that Einstein's belief of a God varied greatly from what Christian's believe.
kingsalmonsteak 1 year ago
@kingsalmonsteak Yes, I know. Sorry I didn't made that clear. Just in case you were supporting that other user who said that Christians were ruining humanity. But for Einstein, even if it was a different belief than Christian, it is still a belief. That's what all religions are about, in my opinion. They believe in something greater that still they don't have evidence to prove.
adrianotbm 1 year ago
@kingsalmonsteak Which means he belived in God. Some think he is a benign old man in the sky and others a cold intelligence. If he is real, then ANY concept is wrong.
Asiablue 1 year ago
@Asiablue Muslims think their belief in God gives them the right to dictate it over everyone else. Similarly, a large amount of Christians in America feel they must gain control of the government in order to do the will of God. What I'm trying to get across is that Einstein's belief in a supernatural entity did not make him bigoted. When physicists refer to a God they are often making a general statement of the laws of the universe.
kingsalmonsteak 1 year ago
@adrianotbm Einstein was something like a Deist. Later in his life, he essentially used the words "God" and the "Universe" interchangeably. The beauty of everything and that of the unknown was what he called "God". No religion or dogma attached to it at all. He also did not think a personal god existed. Most people's problem is with religion. A belief in a something unknown that does not interfere in our lives and doesn't carry primitive rules to follow is relatively harmless.
