HELP ME PLZ! i'm sick of m weight. if could get down to 130 for now i'd be happy. the last time i went to the doctor like1 month ago i weighed..143? maybee anyways i just weighed myself on my home weigher it said 154.0 my own weigher is always wrong but i still makes me feel like crap. if we could talk daily and u tell meur secrects i would really help me! the last diet i went on was in july for 2 weeks. i lost 2 pounds :( i gave up. i had ran 3 miles a dya ad had burt myslef out... HELP!
you should try drinking water with lemon juice. its a really good detox and it accelirates your metabolism by 33%!!! and try consuming 5 grams of fiber everyday,it speeds up the weight loss process too(:

Congrats on the lbs. I think the clothes fitting better is much better than watching the scale but I admit I do the same. I broke my legs 2 yrs ago and gained 80lbs. I went from 217 and fit to 286 and very fat. In Oct. I started my current program on the 1st of Oct. at 283 and this morning I am at 263. To really kick your fat down start with walking around the block or up and down the street every day. Walk out like 7 minutes than walk back 7 or 8 min. Then in 2 weeks I promise you'll want more.
About relying on clothes fitting better...I've always worn really baggy clothes, so I wear clothes now that I used to wear when I weighed 150lbs lol It's hard for me to see clothes fitting better when I always wear baggy clothes anyway hehe
Wow! Excellent job!! That is really impressive... are you doing a certain type of exercise that's helping you? I'd like to lose weight too, but I don't know where to start or what to do... or anything! You definitely have my support... I know you can do this! :D
Thank you so much! :) I'm actually not really exercising except for my daily physical activities, like P.E. at school and walking around to each class...other than that I don't really exercise at all lol. How I've been losing weight is by counting my calories. I've been eating 1200 calories or less each day and it's really working :) Once I lose the excess weight I'm planning on starting to tone with weights as well.
Calorie counting is what works for me! :) Good luck on your weight loss!
