  • Beautiful

  • I loved this movie <3

  • what i have yet to understand is why everyone who does parkour is so nice and passionate and everyone is prepared to share. its just amazing the sport

  • Wheres the spot @ 5:20 - the end of the vid

  • @Adammarr111 It's the one which is now almost completely demolished, unfortunately. Just off Oxford road, by the Academy.

  • YES you got the music back :D

    awesome

  • LOL Just play Tag

  • Props I love yallz vids especially the nature of challenge vids they really inspired me to work and train harder thanks alot guys.

  • Isnt the title to this video a little contradictory to the content of the video.

I mean your all doing the same route in the exact same way, there is no individuality or self expression in the movement.

  • @pkbreeze08 The movement itself is expression and freedom. You understand this when you practice parkour. Just because they are using the same methods to be free and express themselves doesn't mean they aren't being free and expressing themselves.

  • @JediMediator I do practice PK, that is my point, it is all about SELF expression, not to duplicate a movement in the same way as the guy before you. Don't get me wrong, i respect Paul, Rob, Jin, Owen Carl and the rest of the guys, and everyone in the community all together. But i just find it hard to get my head around a title when the first part of the video is a drill session and everyone is doing the same thing.

  • @pkbreeze08 Don't forget, this video and its title are from 2005 when our understanding of parkour wasn't what it is today ;)

  • @Obsidian1138 Paul that is very true.

  • Ironic... a movie about freedom has it's soundtrack taken away.

  • hahaha :D

  • lol

  • sound is gone again

  • you guys just fixed it

  • sound has been disabled just letting you know sorry =(

  • :O The music's gone! These big music companies are being cruel to great videos and in many cases wasting the editor's time spent synchronising parts with the music.

  • It's not like they've deleated the sound on the master copy of the edit... LOL... but yeah... something like that...

  • wow old times old times!!

  • paul great video you likely to get footage of the xmas jam tomorow?

  • real nice i recognised most of the spots :) really well filmes and good music and of course gd parkour ;)

  • nice video, love the calming sense to it.

what camera did you used to make it?

    Greets,

    B.B.

  • We hired a camera man for most of it, and I think he used a Sony DSR-450. The last few shots were filmed on a Sony Z1.

  • ah nice, thx for the info m8. good luck training

  • very cool video:) manchester is absolutely awesome to train!

    greets from switzerland

  • what is the title of the song?

it fits perfectly with the video.

  • Great vid, You guys are possibly my favorite people to watch do Parkour.

  • Nice... great cinematography, greater parkour!

  • hey paul some cool stuff from back in the day!. not seen you out for months. no one is EVER out during the week. you still training? or you goin to the climbing centre?

  • Hi Tim,

We've been out training every tuesday & thursday evening continuously since I last saw you. We rarely go to the flats though, so that's possibly why we haven't bumped into each other. We tend to start our tuesday evening sessions at UMIST, and we end up at Castlefield. We'll stop by the flats this week if you're out :)

  • still good man, love it

  • sweet

  • great stuff as always :)

  • beautiful places and nice moves too

  • this vid is a classic

  • and its at least 2 years old i think...look at the one one sheffield parkour - tis the same i think...nd thats why i dnt recognise some of the people then i think....

  • wheres the opening minute or so filmed paul? dnt recognise it at all...

  • The first part is filmed at Morton Lab, and yes, the video is quite an old one. I uploaded it partly as a test of the Youtube HQ video. I might re-upload a few others in high quality in the coming months,

  • ah ok, dnt think ive ever been there, would really like to though...espec after seeing that stuff...nd ah ok, well it looks awesome in the new HQ version i have to say...and sounds liek a plan, hope to be out again soon :D

  • nice video. I was just wondering how old the clips r from cambs are coz i have been trainin for a year in cambs nd some of the clips seem old?

Also really like the movement. :)
