This video is fake. Here's a very obvious proof. If you look closely at the car's dashboard, the car's running at around 1000x RPM (revolutions per minute). 1000x RPM on a flat ground is about 30 mph or 48 km/h. That is nowhere close to a highway speed. They probably only drove slowly so the cameraman could hold the camera still enough for a recording, which means they anticipated the "ghost" girl to show up. It's very well-made but it is evidentally fake.
