the guitaar is AMAZING and axls voice is so perfect...this is the most amazing version of this song i have ever heard, demos are the best and the applies especially for this particular song. just the littlest chages like the voice changes and the little extra guitar plucks makes the whole difference and makes it so much better and i will die loving, liveing and breathing fo rthis band and axl....nothing will ever stop tha and nothing can ever change that. i love you axl you are my god :)

Many years ago, just before Use your illusion, I recorded this version at the radio. I thought it was the only one ! But when Use you Illusion has been edited in France, everybody knew Don't cry, and no one knew this version. I thought it was a pity 'cause I think this is the best version. Later, when Internet has grew up, I thought I could find it easily, but for a long time, I couldn't find it anywhere.

First song they ever wrote as a band, supposedly. Although I like the two versions on UYIs I and II, this is by far the best version I have heard. I wish the one claimed "original" had the part from this clip where Axl is talking. This really, really rocks!
