Sorry man! That's a nice place! Looks like about $5,000 in damage. I hope you took these assholes to court and got some of your money back. What state is this rental in?
This video says nothing about the previous tenants except that they had the misfortune of moving, and before you could do a walk through some punk broke out the windows to gain entry, and marred the walls and banister with a red Sharpie. The likely hood that this specific act of vandalism was done by your tenant is negligible. You are looking for at least two females, age twelve to fourteen who may have previously lived in the house, and at least one male age 14-18. I like to profile for fun.
@jewelciappio i have to agree with you completely on this. not to mention, i highly doubt this landlord never noticed that the windows were broken, etc. before they moved out. i hate landlords who try and point the finger at someone who probably got fed up with the landlord. lol
I've started creative writing, guess what I'm going to write about. Tenants seem to have lots of rights despite doing lots of wrongs, and living like pigs.
Nice home. Trust me my friend, I seen worse. You just need to good cleaning to get this rented again. I been through situation where the tenant caused structural damage. Now that gets expensive.
You should post all their names for everyone to see. My neighbor experienced the same thing only the day they moved they ripped out all the plumbing fixtures, lights, etc. and sold them in the front yard. When they tore out the water fixtures they let the water run and destroy the flooring, dry wall, and carpet. People are fucking animals. They don't have any respect for others. I hope you sued the shit out of these people.
That's pretty messed up. I must say from (current) experience, not all tenants may be culpable. For example, my husband & I had to move in with roommates due to $ reasons, and one roommate in particular has no respect for anything really: Smokes in the bedroom, took off doors, never cleaned his bathroom. Our hands were tied for 2 years (we're moving out in 2 weeks). Anyway, my point is, sometimes one bad apple spoils the bunch. It sucks living w/ roommates who don't care. :( Never again.

I'm sorry that happened to you. That is a lovely home however. I wish you the best with tenants(if any) in the future.
