  • nice HWM tat, in just the right spot ;)

not to mention that this is a bad-ass instrument.

  • Wow :)

  • Nice! I think I need one of those.

  • I have got to get one of those some day. :O They're so cool.

By the way, the song is awesome. Is it an original composition?

  • do you just play mandolin chords on this thing?

  • is this A or F style? probably F cause its got the F holes? but whats the difference between the 2? I'm contemplating on getting one...

  • @Fallinldols the a is the plain pear shape, the f has the swirl cutawayness

  • Great sound, who care if you're using your thumb (I do as well) as there are a lot of players who feel more comfortable playing that way. I'll have to look into the Weber one of these days.

  • omgg dude wear didi u get an instrument like this i want 1 soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad now!!!!!!!

  • 1st! Cool tune :-)

  • I don't know the price or specs, I'm sure it is all on the weber website...I was just jamming out on the instrument, and since there weren't many videos, thought I'd put it up. Cheers and thanks!

  • @basslambdin that sounds amazing, do it again basslambdin, with better sound, please...:)

  • What song is that?

  • whats the scale length on that?

  • I love this. How much does one of these run?

  • @jh4124 Cheapest Mandocellos I can find are at the 1500-1800$ range. They're rare and as far as I can tell not any mass production to speak of. All custom orders OR really old instruments.

  • Rock on , very nice tone....

  • Whats the nut size on those weber mandocellos? Do you find the string spacing feels pretty good?

  • amazing mandocello sound and playing. thank you for posting.

  • how long is the sacle on that?

  • Sounds really cool. Using the thumb to complete a chord on the C-string is not the ordinary way to mak'em but sure works for you -- monster sustain on that thing. Is it tuned "normal" i.e., CGDA?

  • It was tuned cgda as far as I know. I'm not using the thumb to make a chord...it just hangs over the fretboard while I'm playing, if anything, muting that c string. I don't play mandoanything very often so I don't know how to play the ordinary way
