Wrote him to be un emotional, blank, selfish. He had a possesiveness towards Lilly when he saw competition from James. Sure was the only 'tender' person from his childhood., Still, he was loyal.

@TheMekzu I know, but a Legilimens like Voldemort could easily have gotten past Hermione's spell. Atthe battle of Hogwarts, when Tonks turns up, she asks where Lupin is, and she's told he was last seen fighting Dolohov, which is why I think Voldemort got past Hermione's spell. Also, on various websites such as Wikipedia and the Harry Potter Wikia, Lupin is mentioned as having been killed by Dolohov. (Sorry, I'm a Harry Potter Geek).

Iagree. I've been a Snape fan fom the beginnning. I nearly cried when I read the part where Snape dies. I'll probably cry evenmore when I see that part in theatres.

you know what i hate? nobody liked him until the end... where are all the real fans? people who loved him after he killed dumbledore? for i did. ok, it may be 'cuz i adore bad characters, but Snape was always a hero in my eyes. always! best character, though not very well described in the books... until the 7th part... more hints were to be made...

@TheMekzu I know, but a Legilimens like Voldemort could easily have gotten past Hermione's spell. Atthe battle of Hogwarts, when Tonks turns up, she asks where Lupin is, and she's told he was last seen fighting Dolohov, which is why I think Voldemort got past Hermione's spell. Also, on various websites such as Wikipedia and the Harry Potter Wikia, Lupin is mentioned as having been killed by Dolohov. (Sorry, I'm a Harry Potter Geek).

Severus and Sirius were my favorite two charachters, when Sirius died I would sit alone in my room and cry and when Severus died..... I didnt think I could take any more of it. Like this is you know how I feel. :'(

Hey, you're right, I fully agree! I loved Sirius so much and when he died I began to hate Harry...
Snape was so cool, I was always excited when I read of him or saw him in the movies...they are both my alltime favourites of the Harry Potter series!

@8RseeJean8 I totally agree with you! I cried so hard when Sirius died. He was my favorite. Severus is definitely one of them though. Easily the most complex character in the whole series. He had you guessing until the very end. May his soul rest in peace. <3

I can't wait for the second part of the 7th movie to come out. They better keep every single memory that Snape gives to Harry. I seriously read that part open jawed. I think I do every time xD My sister HATES Snape, and I'm always telling her she needs to read the seventh book and see why he did everything he did. Awesome video too haha :D

I love snape he was always my fav. I can and always will be able to relate to him. I truly hated it when he died. He did so much for everyone and was treated like crap. It truely shows who people are in the end, Snape was a good man did what he had to and litterally saved a world.

Believe me, Rowling couldn't have picked a better day to make his birthday. What is says about his birthday is very much like him. I wonder if she read about that while she was writing him. Just wondering... (Look up Jan. 9th in the book titled 'The Secret Language of Birthdays' by Gary Goldschneider and check it out...)

I went looking for information on Severus Snape's birthday and you know what I found out? His animal in the Chinese zodiac, in both year and month, is a Rat. In the American zodiac he is, as I am sure many of you know, is a Capricorn. But what is really interesting is that the day that his birthday falls upon is known as The Day of Ambition (Jan. 9th). It says that people born on this day have strong ambition and the drive to get what they are after. Go look it up an see for yourself...

Even though I know Harry Potter fan-fic will keep him alive (and even bring him back to life in some cases) I still feel bad for the Severus Snape fans. I've known for a while that he was going to die and it makes me feel so sad. A curse upon you Nagini! How dare you!! :( Snape has so many fans. There is going to be allot of very sad Snape fans on that day, I can tell you.
