I love how the sniper rifle was truly captured in this game, it was done so well. Aside from the minor hit detection problems here and there. In truth, a sniper rifle is the most accurate hand held weapon you could ever grab. So it makes sense that if you manage to predict where the cross hair normally aims, the bullet will follow when unscoped as it should. This is how real sniper rifles work, you could fire it without using a scope and it would do what you wanted.

In other words, games like Call of Duty 4 unfortunately greatly over exaggerate sniper rifles.

i know what your sayiing and i completely agree, if you just look at the tip of the scope the bullet goes right near there, not 10 metres off like other games.. thanks :)

yeah but the wrong aim is because of the fact you aim from the hip when you're not scoped

so this is way to accurate to be realistic =)
