Thanks for your comment. Yes I met celine 3 times and was very very lucky. My mother managed to meet Celine's brother Michel and from there we were able to watch Celine at a sound check, and afterwards I gave her a letter, which she read. We saw her again and she also invited is to a meet and greet. It was fantastic. I posed with her for photos 7 times and she signed one of the photos. She also signed our banner and for us. My greatest dream has come true. Regards

It is such a pity that Celines concerts are so huge that most people do not really have a good view of her, however th atmosphere is electric. The part about travelling to see her and being disappointed in not getting closed to Celine is terrible and obviously hoping to meet her can be awfully sad. It's called "Taking Chances"

Try to get back stage the day before or on the same day - then look out for Michel Dion or Patrick Angelil(It would be better to speak to Patrick-He organises the Meet & Greet)Or try to wach the soundcheck & try to give Celine a letter on stage. Alex, Try to get hold of a copy of the Taking Chances world Tour Programme. At the back are pictures of all of Celine's technical crew, management, security etc. Study the pictures. Wait around the backstage gates and when you see somebody you recognise, give them a letter to give to Patrick Angelil (Rene Angelil's son from a former wife) Sylvie Beauregard - is also Celine and Rene's PA she may help. You have to be prepared to get their early and wait around - Good Luck.

Yes I was so so so lucky, to have met Celine three times and to have met Rene, Celine's brother Michel, Partick Angelil (Rene's son from a former marriage) I met most of her band, dancers, alot of crew, Celine's security guys, Nik and Carlos - Her hairstylist, her Physiotherapist, and management. They were so friendly and so accommodating.

I'm from Estonia (if it tells you anything :D) and no i haven't traveled much. So i haven't also been in Africa. The same is with concerts :(. I wanted to go when Celine was in summer in Finland, but it happened to be in the middle of my exam session + i coulnd't afford it. So.. I haven't had any luck at this. Though, i'm not pessimistic and hope this will change some day :D..

Nevertheless - we were just very lucky that we were backstage and at the soundcheck, where we met alot of people and we also met most of them at the hotle where they were staying. Rene Angelil, specially organised one of our meetings with Celine. Rene is an "Angel" Celine was so friendly and offered for us to take photos with her and have a photograph of her and I signed. Celine is the BEST EVER!!!!!!!!
