Man I just feel sorry for Barnes now. His voice has gone to shit. I know that it happens to most death metal vocalists as time goes on, but man it really hit him hard.

I disagree that he has lost his voice so badly.

I think he changed also more his style.

But on the other hand he is beginning to lose his voice a bit.

@kmortk He hasn't changed his style, it's just so different that it sounds like a completely different style. He still uses the low growls but they just aren't as full now. Listen to how he finishes the growl, it sounds almost the same as any growl he did in early CC. The wavering pitch etc.

He smokes a lot (and drinks I'm sure) and has been growling for years. There's really no avoiding his voice going to shit.
