I was diagnosed with a.d.d. and I have to say I don't believe in it. I myself was able to easily cure my behaviors. It's just a matter of acting right and paying attention. Also raising your kids right.

for me, im a big sufferer of ADD

i come home from school each day and cry, i try so hard with my homework and study, and end up being so tired the next day i get pnemonia.. trying to live is like somone doing maths equations every second of the day

i do believe in ADD because i truly try to help my behaviours but isn't working.

i forget everything i learn and zone out in the most important conversations that i'd really like to hear
