i've 2 questions though: since i haven't got a dehydrater (yet??) can i also eat them right away, i mean are they good just like that? :) and which food processor are you using exactly?

@ruha0vej Sure, you can eat them as they are. They won't be cookies, they'll be cake. You can add a thicker layer of frosting on top or you can pour some raw chocolate on them as well. For this recipe we used a Philips food processor which is not the best but it works. I recommend you get a Cuisinart food processor because the are really good.

What kind of camera are you using? Your video quality is great!

@idahama Thanks! We use two cameras: a 7D and a 60D, both from Canon. And we also use a Fuji HS10 sometimes.
