  • Yea, The reason they are not so worried about the bench press is that lifting weights will do nothing for you when it comes to grappling strength. It will in a way, but its not that great for grappling functional strength. The best way to get better at grappling is to grapple. So these guys muscles wear out and so they work on HIIT and high rep sets so their muscles can go for longer while grappling. The best fighter in the world would kill the strongest man in world on any given day.

    Plus 375 is a whole lot but it is not unheard of and is very believable.
