I guess as well this is the first time we had played together on air since 1997!! and the we'd only played together one week earlier for the first time in 10 years, so there could have been some nerves...but Nick don't really get nervous...maybe it was the amount of Coffee we all drank before the show...he just need a wee!! : D

I don't like this song per-say, but if you added an electic guitar and removed at least one acoustic, I think it'd sound a whole lot better. You can't call this music (any kind of) "rock" without a predominant electric guitar. (possible exemptions including "piano rock", which your song is also lacking)

@ahkilinc Hi Ali, this is a live acoustic session for radio HFM, we also did one for the BBC, you can't use electric instruments within an acoustic session it's kind of frowned upon, however, the album version does have a full drum kit and electric guitars.

@Deadlywhite Nice! It was kind of about our old drummer, he used to call everyone a dumbass, then one day at a gig fell off his kit and tried to carry on playing whilst sat in a heap, very funny, when he realised he was getting nowhere he just stood up and said I'm a dumbass!

I tuned in for this, it was a great session, Don't Go sounded great, I guess the word Dumbass was a little frowned upon!

@LittleVixen9 Yeah totally, you can see when Taz sings the line "lazy little bugger", they flagged us in the studio and for a while me and Taz cracked up, but I don't think Nick noticed, it was very funny, they took it well but I think they just have to be careful not to upset anyone as it was before 9pm! Obviously, Dumbass is not about a dumb donkey! It's about our original drummer calling everyone a dumbass!!
